*These rates do not include a 10% transient county tax and out cleaning fee

**Rates are subject to change and are not confirmed until rental agreement has been signed and returned.

Cleaning Fee:

House-   $100

Cottage- $50

Both-     $150

Refundable Damage Deposit:

We require a refundable damage deposit of $500 and a signed rental agreement to secure a reservation.
